The North Arkansas College Foundation advances the college through financial support and has raised millions of dollars since its reorganization in 1985. The Foundation has provided funds for the construction of the John Paul Hammerschmidt Business and Conference Center and Bill Baker Amphitheatre as well as renovations at the South Campus student services area.

Each year, the Foundation hosts several activities including:
